RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange or refund any product bought online or in store, up to 30 days after the day of purchase. You will need your receipt.

Sorry but we can't accept returns or exchanges on nail varnish or jewellery unless it is faulty.

For online orders a printed form is sent with your purchase. Please fill this in and send back the item in its original packaging with the labels and swingtags still attached. Once we recieve the items we will process the items onto the payment method the original purchase was made on.

You will need to cover the cost of the returns. We suggest you used a tracked sevice as we can't be responsible for items lost in the post.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Purchases made instore or online between 21st November 2024 and 24th December 2024 can be returned for an exchange or refund up until Friday 17th January.

For purchases made from 25th December onwards, our standard returns policy of 28 days will apply.

 


SALE ITEMS

Sale items must be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. After this we can't accept any returns unless the item is faulty.

With any other issues about your items please get in touch. We can usually solve any issue. If you bought your item in store and want to return it and you are no longer in the area please email us and we will find a solution.

FREE UK standard delivery on orders over £70. Orders are dispatched using UPS or Royal Mail

You should receive your order within 2 to 3 days



Standard Delivery is £3.95 for orders under £70. Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail second class signed for service

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

If you have specific delivery requests please leave a note at the checkout.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We can arrange international delivery to Europe and the US & Canada. However, there are some restrictions like fragile items (eg, containing glass/china).

We don’t offer it as an option when you check out so please contact us directly and we can give you a customised quote for the shipping.

Customs, duty & taxes

We are a UK based store so orders for the European Union and Rest of the World may incur extra charges, import duty and local sales taxes.

  • The recipients (not the sender) will need to pay any extra charges on receipt of the shipment - Aloft does not provide details, calculate or provide methods for these payments and they can't be pre-paid.
  • Rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, not Aloft.
