Turquoise and cream woven LAZIMA baskets.
These colourful sisal baskets make beautiful home storage and desk tidies, toy baskets and bathroom baskets - and they can be used as both small and large planters for all your favourite houseplants.
Made by the Basket Room, these are produced by an extremely skilled weaving cooperative in South Western Kenya where basket weaving is part of their culture. They connect these talented weavers with a wider market and place regular orders so they can become less dependent on self-sufficiency farming which is unreliable in the dry season.
Every basket is made by hand so there may be some slight shape and size differences.
